Mattnart.com and nesbaryartworks.com are the property of Nesbary Artworks©. Paintings and prints are sold by Nesbary Artworks©. The following applys to paintings and prints sold in person.
Refund Policy
Each painting and photograph is an original work of art. Slight imperfections in paint are to be expected and give the art its unique quality. No returns or exchanges are available. Payment must be made in full by credit card before goods will be shipped. All sales of original paintings are final.
If artwork has been damaged during delivery, purchaser must notify Nesbary Artworks© via email to art@nesbary.com or in writing to Nesbary Artworks, 930 Washington Ave, Suite 3F, Muskegon, MI 49441-2164, within 7 days of purchaser’s receipt of artwork. Date of claim shall be established by the postmark delivery date. Claims received after such date will be honored at the sole discretion of Nesbary Artworks©. In the absence of such claim, it will be assumed that the art was received as described by Nesbary Artworks©. Purchaser will need to list 1) purchaser’s name, address, phone, 2) description of damage, 3) date artwork was ordered, 4) title and size of work. Purchaser will be contacted as soon as possible. Refunds are not provided, however, credit for future purchases may be given at the discretion of Nesbary Artworks©.

Limitation of Liability
